ShiftClock is the time tracking and pay calculator built for union tradespeople — electricians, pipefitters, ironworkers, carpenters, laborers, and construction workers. Track shifts, calculate overtime and double time, verify your paycheck, and log mileage. Works 100% offline. No account. No subscription. Your data never leaves your phone.

Clock In, Clock Out, Get Paid Right
Track your hours with a single tap. The live timer shows your active session, daily totals, weekly progress toward 40 hours, and real-time overtime alerts. Punch breaks, log per diem or fatigue days, or add manual entries for missed shifts.

Built for Union Workers & CBA Contracts
ShiftClock speaks your contract. Configure OT and DT multipliers, holiday pay, Saturday/Sunday premiums, show-up time guarantees, shift differentials, per diem, and employer-paid benefits — Health & Welfare, Pension, Annuity, and Apprenticeship Fund. Set it up once, export your CBA profile, and share it with your whole crew. Works for IBEW, UA, Ironworkers, Carpenters, Laborers, and any local union agreement.

Overtime That Follows the Job, Not the Week
Each project tracks OT independently. Working two jobs with different clients or different week start days? Each one calculates its own overtime threshold — no hour mixing that hides what you're really owed.

Apprentice Hour Tracking
Track cumulative hours toward journeyperson status. Set your apprentice percentage, watch your milestone progress, and see exactly where you stand — tied to your active project.

Pay Reports & Paycheck Estimates
Generate weekly, biweekly, or monthly reports with full breakdowns: regular, overtime, and double time hours; gross pay; per diem; night differential; employer benefits; and estimated federal tax withholding. Filter by project, view daily earnings charts, and set weekly income goals.

Paycheck Reconciliation
Compare what you tracked against what you actually got paid. Enter your stub deductions — union dues, pension, health & welfare, taxes — and ShiftClock flags the discrepancy so you can bring it to your steward or foreman with receipts.

Projects, Clients & Job Sites
Manage unlimited projects. Link them to clients, set per-project rates and OT rules, log your local union number and foreman info, and switch active jobs with one tap from the clock screen.

Mileage & Job Expenses
Log daily mileage at the current IRS standard rate. Track job-site expenses by category. Export everything as CSV for tax time.

Export & Backup
Export reports as CSV or PDF. Back up all your data — shifts, projects, mileage, expenses — as a JSON file and restore it on any device.
