No account. Nothing to sign up for. Your screening result, your check-ins and
anything you write are stored on your device and never sent anywhere.
Uninstalling deletes all of it.

The app goes online for one thing: if you subscribe, it checks with our
payment provider that your subscription is still active. That check carries
nothing about you and nothing about your health. No ads, no trackers, no data
selling, ever.
