HOW IT WORKS?
1. User downloads ERLIPAY and creates an account. A valid email and cellphone number are required. Also, user needs to accept ERLI’s Terms and Conditions.
2. User will also need an invitation code provided by user’s employer.
3. User will need to connect their main bank account, the account where the user receives its salary.
4. When step 1 and 2 are completed, the ERLIPAY app will show the user’s salary available for advance that has been earned up to that date.
5. User can advance up to $200 USD with a fixed transaction fee of $3.99 USD per each salary advance.
6. User will receive their salary advance within seconds if their bank supports RTP (Real Time Payment), if not, the user will receive their salary advance through an ACH transaction.
7. On payday, ERLI will debit all salary advances done by user during the pay period (including all transaction fees) from user’s linked main bank account. User will receive their salary minus all charges specified before.

DISCLAIMERS:
• ERLIPAY may not be available in all states.
• User needs to be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or an individual with legal authorization to work in the United States; of legal age under the laws of the state of Florida (at least 18 years old).
• User needs to be employed with a payroll income for at least 2 months with a defined frequency paycheck and/or a retiree or veteran with verifiable government-issued income.
• ERLIPAY is only available to employees that work for a company affiliated to ERLI.
• Salary advances are subject to the user’s available earnings.
