Just as we give our arms/legs a rest after continuous use, we need to give our mind a rest from time to time so it can work better.

The reason we don’t give our minds a rest is because we don’t understand the symptoms of an overworked mind just as much as we understand the symptoms of an overworked arm or a leg.

Symptoms that we should watch out for:

changes in appetite & weight frequent illnesses,

This app gives you reminders of your chosen sound during the session.

You can choose how frequently you would like to hear the reminder sound. We suggest you choose sound to play more frequently earlier in the session & less frequently later.

For this we’ve given an option to choose interval time before which the sound will be more frequent and after it’ll be less.
