Takivo: Intelligent Workplace Communication

Your team talks all day. Decisions get made, deadlines get committed to and most of it disappears into the scroll.

Takivo is a communication platform built on agentic AI.

It reads every message your team sends, understands what needs to happen and works alongside you to make sure it does.

WHAT TAKIVO DOES

• Detects commitments and tasks from your team's conversations, automatically.
• Captures every decision with its full context.
• Reviews every project on a continuous loop, surfacing what's stalled before you ask.
• Builds institutional memory that gets sharper the longer your team uses it.
• Follows up on overdue work without you lifting a finger.

HOW IT WORKS

The agent never moves on its own. It proposes, you approve in one click. Sensitive actions always need your nod. As trust builds, the agent adapts to your comfort level and handles more on its own.

KEY FEATURES

• Pending Actions — The agent proposes. You approve in one click. Nothing moves without your approval.
• Task Lifecycle Notifications — Conversations become tasks. You're pinged at every step.
• Proactive Sense Loop — Stalled work surfaces. Blockers get caught before you ask.
• Decision Log — Every decision captured with its full context.
• Task Enrichment — Assignees, deadlines, and context filled in automatically.
• Knowledge Synthesis — Patterns from weeks of conversation, in one clear view.
• Signal Extraction — Only what matters reaches you. The rest stays out of your way.
• Relevance Routing — Only what's actually yours surfaces.
• Trust Scoring — The agent adapts to how much autonomy you want.
• Tiered Tool Access — The riskier the action, the higher the approval bar.
• Gap Detection — Overdue work flagged around the clock.
• Reminder Actions — The agent follows up until the task is done.

THE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM ON TOP

The AI works because it lives where your team talks:

• Voice notes with adjustable playback speed (1×, 1.5×, 2×)
• Share photos, videos, PDFs, and files in any chat — or share to Takivo from other apps
• Workspaces with one-link invites for your whole company
• Real-time sync across mobile, desktop, and web

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

You decide how much the agent can do. Every action is logged with the reasoning behind it, so you always know what your AI did and why - and your private messages stay private.

BUILT FOR

Teams who run on chat but lose track of what was agreed — founders, ops leads, and anyone tired of asking "what's the status on…?"

Stop losing decisions to the scroll. Bring your team's communication and AI together with Takivo.
