Workout Timer guides your circuit (timed) and weight (weight × reps) routines with voice announcements, beeps, and vibration. Know your current move, remaining time, and next exercise without looking at the screen.

■ Two routine types
• Circuit: Set a duration for each move and repeat the circuit for multiple rounds. Two-sided moves are announced for each side with equal time.
• Weight: Set target weight and reps for every set, then tap Done when finished to start your rest timer.
• Link a circuit routine anywhere inside a weight routine.

■ Audio guidance
• Voice announcements such as "Lat Pulldown, set 1, 40 kilos, 10 reps" and "Rest 1 minute 30 seconds. Next up, set 2".
• Prefer no voice? Switch to beeps and vibration only.
• Timer and cues keep running when the screen is off or while using other apps.
• Complete a set, pause, or add 30 seconds of rest right from the lock-screen notification.
• Automatically ducks background music only while speaking or beeping.

■ Workout log & progress
• Log the actual weight and reps completed for every set.
• See your last session's weight and reps for the same set while you work out.
• Set a rep range (such as 8–12 reps) and get automatic weight increase suggestions when every set reaches the top of the range.
• Track volume and max weight trends over time for each exercise.

■ 20 evidence-based presets ready to go
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Bulk Up, Definition, Fat Loss, Strength (Big 3 Intro), Upper Body, Lower Body, Glutes, Core, Home Bodyweight, Home Dumbbell, Busy 2-Day Split, Posture (Neck & Shoulders), 50+ Strength & Balance, Strength for Runners, First Pull-Up, Mobility & Stretching, and Tabata & HIIT. Every preset can be customized freely as your own routine.

■ Pick up where you left off
If the app closes mid-workout, reopen it to resume from your next set or save the sets completed so far without losing your log.

■ No ads, no data collection
No sign-up and no internet connection required. Routines and workout history stay on your device and can be exported or imported as a backup file. If Android Google Backup is enabled on your device, your data is restored automatically when switching phones.

※ Voice guidance uses the English or Korean TTS (text-to-speech) engine installed on your device.
