Most food trackers get deleted within a week. Not because people lack discipline, but because they only ever tell half the story: what went in, and never what you did about it. Trunex Health is a calorie counter, food scanner and gym workout tracker in one place — meals and effort together, doing the only sum that matters: eaten, burned, what's left.

A REAL GYM TRACKER, NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT
Log a session the way you actually train it: exercises, sets, weight and reps, target reps, an intensity from 1 to 10, and how long you were there. Repeat last week's session with one tap and last time's numbers are already in front of you, so you know what to beat. Sets save as you enter them, so a dead signal in a basement gym costs you nothing.

KNOW WHAT YOU'VE BEEN NEGLECTING
Every muscle group carries the number of days since you last trained it, marked fresh, due or overdue. It is the fastest honest answer to "what do I do today", and it is the reason legs stop quietly disappearing from your week. Add your own muscle groups if the standard seven don't match how you split.

STATISTICS WORTH OPENING
Pick 7 days, 30, 90, six months, a year or everything, and see: total kilograms lifted, volume per muscle group, volume and top exercises per session, your heaviest set, how long sessions run, and how often you actually show up. Alongside it, weight, calories and macros over the same period. Progress you can see is progress you keep.

"BURNED" IS NOT JUST THE GYM
A brisk walk in the park, a run, a bike ride, a swim, a dance class — or an hour of plain physical work. Say what you did and for how long; it counts toward your day like everything else.

FOOD IN SECONDS
Photograph the plate, scan the barcode, or type a few words. Calorie and macro tracking without the typing. Then get on with your life — the balance keeps itself.

Built for normal people, not for competitive athletes. No streaks to protect, no badges, no notifications designed to drag you back in. A tool, not a coach.

Meal photos are analyzed and never stored. Health data is never used to target advertising. Free, ad-supported, with free AI scans every day; Trunex Pro removes the ads and the limits.
