VivaClean is the operations app for cleaning businesses that service vacation rentals and managed properties. Schedule the work, send it to your team, and see proof it was done — from one place.

SCHEDULING THAT FILLS ITSELF
Connect the property calendar and every check-out becomes a cleaning on your board automatically. Works with any calendar that exports iCal, including Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. No more copying dates by hand or finding out too late that a guest checked out.

YOUR TEAM, ON THE SAME PAGE
Assign jobs to cleaners or teams, set start times per property, and let everyone see their own day. Cleaners get a simple list: what to clean, where, when, and what the owner expects.

PHOTO PROOF ON EVERY JOB
Cleaners take before and after photos from the app. You review them without driving across town, and you have a record if a guest or owner ever disputes the state of a property.

CHECKLISTS AND ISSUES
Build a checklist per property so nothing gets missed. When a cleaner finds something broken, low on supplies or out of place, they report it as an issue with a photo — and it lands in your inbox instead of a group chat.

PAYROLL WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
Hours and completed jobs turn into pay automatically, per cleaner and per period. Review, adjust and export.

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
Turn completed cleanings into invoices for the property owner, apply your own tax rates and discount codes, and keep track of what has been paid.

A PORTAL FOR YOUR CLIENTS
Property owners get their own read-only view: upcoming cleanings, photos of finished work, and their invoices. Fewer status calls for you.

REPORTS THAT ANSWER REAL QUESTIONS
Revenue, hours, jobs per cleaner, and where time is actually going.

WORKS IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Every person on your team picks their own language.

VivaClean is built for cleaning companies, property managers and short-term rental hosts who are tired of running operations out of a group chat and a spreadsheet.
