At the top, the layout presents the app name, a calendar icon, an add button, and access to the privacy policy. When the day has no active workout, the screen displays “Workout Log Empty” along with two key actions: starting a new routine or importing an earlier one.

All exercises are stored in a dedicated section that opens into a categorized list. Each category represents a muscle group and contains individual exercises with icons and short descriptions.
