WeRemoteIT (also written We Remote IT) is the mobile app for remote hiring in IT. Use it to post jobs, run an applicant tracking system (ATS) on your phone, match talent, message candidates, manage contracts, and pay with card or USDC. It is the same WeRemoteIT workspace as weremoteit.com — not a separate account.

This Android app is for companies that hire remote developers and for IT professionals who want remote jobs. One login follows you from the website, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and this app. Jobs, drafts, applications, and messages stay in one place.

WHAT WEREMOTEIT IS
WeRemoteIT is a remote hiring platform and chat-native ATS for IT recruitment. Clients post standard listings or vetted jobs, review applicants in a hiring pipeline, and hire without bouncing between email, spreadsheets, and chat tools. Talent browse remote IT jobs, apply, and talk to employers in the same threads they would see on the web.

WeRemoteIT is for remote IT hiring at weremoteit.com. It is not Remote. It networking software.

FOR CLIENTS AND RECRUITERS
• Post a job or a vetted listing from your phone
• See applicant flow: applied, screening, interviewing, offer, hired
• Open candidate profiles, shortlist talent, and message on each application
• Track interviews, contracts, and billing for the active company workspace
• Switch company workspaces if you manage more than one team
• Pay contractors with card or USDC where your plan allows
• Start a draft on Telegram, Discord, or Slack and finish posting or paying in the app

Hiring managers get a live pipeline instead of a static inbox. You can post a role, review who applied, move people through screening and interview, and keep the conversation on the same application thread.

FOR TALENT
• Browse remote IT jobs and developer roles
• Apply and track every application
• Message clients on active threads
• Update your profile, skills, and availability
• Keep the same applications you started on the web or in Telegram

If you are looking for remote work in software, product, design, or IT operations, WeRemoteIT is built so your applications and messages are not trapped in one channel.

AI MATCHING AND ATS
WeRemoteIT includes AI-assisted matching so clients see relevant talent and talent see relevant jobs. The ATS keeps stages, notes, and messages together. Matching as a service is part of the WeRemoteIT product: you are not copying CVs into a private spreadsheet.

CROSS-CHANNEL HIRING
Telegram, Discord, and Slack are interfaces to the same account. Open @WeRemoteITbot, the Discord bot, or Slack, then continue in this Android app. Your data lives in WeRemoteIT, not only on the device.

SECURITY AND TRUST
• Sign in with Google, email and password, or supported social login (GitHub and LinkedIn where enabled)
• Company data is isolated by workspace
• Privacy policy: https://weremoteit.com/privacy
