Water
Water is a vehicle and messenger who plays a fundamental role of carrying oxygen and nutrients to cells, converting foods into energy, protecting and cushion vital organs,and taking away waste materials,which are then eliminated through urination.Its absorbed through intestines and circulated in the body in the form of body fluids.
Drinking enough water will help you for good respirations.
Rest
It is important to get the right quantity and quality of sleep. It is during sleep that the body is able to recuperate.
The following are some ideas that may help you to be more restful:
Have an abundant supply of fresh air in your bedroom while you sleep.
Avoid tobacco, nicotine,alcohol or caffeine.
Caffeine negatively affects brain neurochemicals, brain cells communicate to one another through chemical interchanges. Nerve cells release neurochemicals ( or chemical messengers) that are picked up by neighboring cells. Some neurotransmitters cause stimulation of the recipient cell, while others cause depression. Caffeine disrupts the brain chemistry by increasing the level of acetylcholine and interfering with the transmission of adenosine.
Too much caffeine can cause restlessness and shakiness, insomnia, headache, dizziness, fast heart rate and dehydration.
Alcohol can cause mental health conditions, ranging from depression, anxiety,memory problems, antisocial behavior, unsafe sex and violence.
Tobacco is the leading cause of lung,throat and mouth cancer and can cause liver, stomach, pancreas,bladder and stomach cancer.
Antioxidant nutrients
Antioxidants nutrients combat free radicals that can cause tumors so eating foods rich with antioxidants protect cells from damage and abnormal growth.
Tomatoes contain lycopene, B-carotene that prevent and retain free radicals forming.
Mushrooms and onions contain selenium, one of the most potent antioxidants.

It plays a fundamental role in the functions of tissues including liver, muscle, white and brown adipose and the brain. The mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) regulates lifespan and aging, a serine threonine protein kinase that regulates cell growth, autophagy,cellular metabolism, immune responses, proliferation and migration to maintain cellular homeostasis.
Exercise
Exercise increases mTOR protein in the muscle,brain and heart.
Leucine and essential amino acids stimulate human muscle protein synthesis primarily by activating mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin) signaling pathways.
Leucine sources; peanuts,lentils,lean meat,pumpkin seeds,chicken and soybeans.
Whey protein activates mTOR in a dose dependent on human skeletal muscle after exercise.
Exercise improves the strength of muscles and bones as well as ligaments, tendons, and cartilage.
