Jobumi is a video-first hiring platform that helps candidates show more than a traditional resume and helps employers understand people earlier in the hiring process.

For candidates, Jobumi makes it easier to build a focused professional profile, upload a CV, add work experience, highlight skills, and create a short video introduction. Instead of relying only on text, candidates can present their personality, communication style, motivation, and career goals in a more natural way. Candidates can browse job offers, save opportunities, apply to roles, and keep their job search organized in one place.

For employers and recruiters, Jobumi provides a workspace to publish job offers, review candidate profiles, manage applications, and keep hiring conversations connected to each role. Video profiles help employers get an earlier sense of each candidate’s presentation, confidence, and fit before moving to the next step. This can make early screening more efficient and give teams better context when comparing applicants.

Jobumi is designed for real hiring activity. Candidates can apply with relevant profile information, while employers can review applications with clearer signals than a resume alone can provide. The platform supports a more human hiring experience by combining structured profile information, job applications, video introductions, and messaging.

Key features include:

Create a candidate profile with personal information, experience, education, languages, CV, and video introduction.

Record or upload a short video pitch to help employers understand who you are beyond your resume.

Browse job offers, save opportunities, and apply with a complete profile.

Create employer workspaces to manage hiring activity in one place.

Publish job offers and review candidate applications with more context.

Connect candidates and recruiters through job-related conversations.

Jobumi is built for candidates who want to be seen and heard, and for employers who want a faster, clearer, and more personal way to discover talent.

Whether you are looking for your next opportunity or building a team, Jobumi helps make hiring more direct, more visual, and more human.
