We were challenged by the isolation that Covid brought to our seniors, and wanted to develop simple ways that families could stay connected over long distances.
Do you know if your loved one has been getting regular walks, which is essential to maintain their mental and physical health? Do you know if they are getting enough sleep? Are they in severe discomfort and unable to venture out of the house for an entire day? Do you know what was their last blood pressure reading? Are they maintaining a healthy heart rate that is appropriate for their age and physical condition?
If you answered Yes to any of these questions, Karecirc may be for you. It connects to your existing wearable device – we support both Apple Watches and Fitbits. If you have one of these devices, you can start using Karecirc immediately. Please keep in mind that both Fitbits and Apple Watches come in many models, which have different feature sets.

We also support two of the most advanced blood pressure device models – Omron and Withings. If your loved one has one of these devices, you can have our app configured to upload blood pressure readings automatically. However, if you don’t, you can still have your loved one enter the blood pressure readings manually.

Finally, we have a unique way to create a circle of family members within which health and wellness metrics are shared. A circle consists of defined roles: An admin who manages the circle composition and the subscription; 1-2 subjects who are senior loved ones whose health and wellness data is collected by Karecirc to share within the circle; and one or more members who are also family members or relatives interested in keeping tabs on the health of the subjects. All the circle members are added to the Kare circle at the invitation of the Admin.
Our app does come with a small subscription fee, but given that we are new, we are providing a generous free trial for you to determine if it is a good fit for your family. We offer both a basic and an enhanced plan. There is only one subscription fee for the entire circle, regardless of how many members or subjects are in the circle.

At the time of our initial launch, we only allow admin members and subjects to be either in United States or India. Members who are not admins or subjects may be supported in additional countries. Our app interface will identify which countries are supported as new releases are rolled out.
