Get Docia directly on your mobile

The following applications are available:

- Access to Docia Project and Docia Archive
The app gives you direct access to all of the projects and archives in which you participate. Access the workspace, publication & distribution areas everywhere you go.

- Access to Docia Deficiency List
The app gives you direct access to all of the deficiency lists in which you participate. You can quick and easy register deficiencies, add photo-documentation, mark an area directly on the photo and add comments. You can also place the deficiency registration on floor plans of each storey.

- Access to Docia Photo
The app gives you direct access to all of the photo albums in which you participate. You can quick and easy photo-document all work performed, mark an area directly on the photo and add comments.

- Docia Scribble
Use Docia Scribble you are facing a challenge on site and need a quick answer or input. Take a picture on your smartphone or tablet, and share it in REAL-TIME with those who can help you find a solution. Everyone can then simultaneously add markups and text to the same image. Everyone's suggestions are displayed in REAL-TIME - whether they are using a mobile phone, tablet or computer.

The following functions are available:

- View all contact persons
Get direct access to the contact information of everyone you share the project with as well as everyone in your own company who is a Docia user. You can sort easily by people, companies or projects. In just a few clicks, you can quickly:
- Call
- Send a text message or e-mail to the relevant person
- View company address - also via maps
- See which projects that person is involved

- Access your files
You will have access to all of the files that you have the permissions to see. Now you can quickly and easily see, email and upload files to all of the projects and archives you take part in.

- Upload photos and videos directly
Take photos or videos with your smartphone or tablet and upload them quickly and easily to the projects or archives in which you participate. Photos and videos can be uploaded to your personal space and to the company space within Docia.

- View all notifications
The app allows you to see all notifications, so you will always be able to keep yourself updated on the project's development, including uploads of new files, files awaiting approval, new users, and so on.
