## Full description (4000 chars max — the text below is ~2,600)

Zen Calendar gives your whole family one calendar that everyone can actually keep up with — and an AI assistant that does the busywork for you.

Snap a photo of the school newsletter, forward a registration email, or just type "hockey practice Tuesdays at 6" — the assistant reads it, creates the events, and puts them on the right person's schedule. No more retyping schedules by hand.

ONE CALENDAR FOR EVERYONE
• See the whole family at a glance, color-coded by person
• Filter by family member, or focus on just one schedule
• Month, agenda, and day views that work beautifully on your phone
• Recurring events with flexible schedules — including "delete this and future" when plans change

AN ASSISTANT THAT DOES THE TYPING
• Add events by chatting: "Dentist for Charlotte next Friday at 3"
• Send it photos, PDFs, or forwarded emails — it extracts the events for you
• Ask "What's on today?" or "When is everyone free this week?"
• It spots conflicts before they happen

ALL YOUR SCHEDULES, IN ONE PLACE
• Subscribe to school, sports, and work calendars (iCal feeds) and they stay up to date automatically
• Import .ics files in seconds
• Meal plans, school lunches, deadlines, and to-dos alongside your events
• Track family vacations so everyone knows who's away when

BUILT FOR FAMILIES
• Invite your family with a simple code or email invite
• Roles for parents, kids, and caregivers — admin, member, or view-only
• Share a view-only calendar with grandparents, sitters, and caregivers
• Keep personal events private while still blocking off the time

CALM BY DESIGN
• A clean, quiet interface — no ads, ever
• Reminders so nothing slips through the cracks
• Your family's data belongs to your family: export it anytime, and delete your account (and everything with it) right from Settings

Zen Calendar works on your phone, tablet, and computer, so the plan is always in your pocket and on the fridge-top laptop too.

Less chaos. Fewer "wait, that's today?!" moments. One calendar your whole family can trust.
