Kordify is the technician app for field service teams that run their jobs on Kordify. See today's jobs, get directions, work through the checklist, take photos, collect the customer's signature and complete the job, even when there's no signal in the basement or on the rural road.

YOU NEED A KORDIFY ACCOUNT
This app is for people who work for a company that uses Kordify. Your company's owner or admin invites you by email, and you sign in with that address. If you run a field service business, you can try Kordify free for 14 days at getkordify.com.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your jobs: today's, coming up, and recently completed, with the customer, address and schedule
• Get there: call the customer, open directions in Google Maps, or see all your stops on a map
• Update status in one tap: on my way, arrived, completed
• Follow the checklist: items your company marks as required have to be done before a job can be closed
• Record the equipment: scan an equipment label or pick it from the site's list, and add notes to the job
• Add parts and extras: log what you used, quote extra work on site and preview the invoice
• Capture proof of work: take photos and collect the customer's signature on the screen. They are time-stamped and can't be edited afterwards
• Keep working offline: every change is saved on your phone and sent in the right order when your signal returns. Anything still waiting is marked "Not sent yet"
• Stay informed: get an alert when a job is assigned, moved or cancelled
• Keep it private: lock the app with your fingerprint, face or PIN. Your jobs are cleared from the phone when you sign out

LOCATION, EXPLAINED
Kordify asks to use your location only while you are on the way to a job or on site. Your office sees where you are on their dispatch map, and your arrival is noted automatically. Sharing stops as soon as the job is done. While it is on, Android shows a notification so you always know. You can refuse location and still use the app: you just mark your arrival yourself.

NOTIFICATIONS
Used for job alerts only: new, moved and cancelled jobs.

EARLY ACCESS
Kordify is new, and this is an early version. You may meet rough edges, and we read every message. Tell us what's missing or confusing at hello@getkordify.com. The app works on Android 8.0 and newer, on phones and tablets.
