noBS Workout is a structured 3-day Push/Pull/Legs Tabata and HIIT timer, built for people who just want to train without the hassle of configuring a training app first. Buy once, train forever, workout wherever.

RESTRAINED ON PURPOSE
Here's everything that made the cut. Everything else was left out on purpose.

Tabata / HIIT timer
20s work / 10s rest (8 sets) or 45s work / 15s rest (3, 4 or 5 sets) with a 3 or 5-second set up countdown. Visual ring, audio cues, screen stays on. Two proven and popular structures, not a blank canvas you have to design yourself.

Workout Mirror
See your reflection using your device's forward-facing camera, overlaid on the timer and controls, so you can check your form mid-set. Bad form compounds fast when nobody's watching — this way, someone is. Record it if you want — clips stay on your device only.

Rep pacer
A visual pacer bar to help you maintain control and Time Under Tension (TUT), keeping you focused on hitting a rep target. Enable the rep countdown badge for an extra visual cue.

3-day PPL split
A proven and well researched formula of Push, Pull, Legs workouts. Warm up and cool down included. A complete full-body routine.

Customisable
Switch between Gym, Dumbbells, or Body Weight and set 12, 8 or 4 rep target - works the same whether you're running HIIT or Tabata. Customise and save your preferred exercises from the inbuilt library in Workout Template, with flexibility to swap and re order exercises tactically before and during workouts, whenever circumstances change.

Workout calendar
See your history at a glance. No targets, no streaks — just a quiet record of what you did.

Optional reminders
Set preferred training days and a reminder time. Set an expiry so they stop automatically.

Offline capable
Fully train offline — no syncing to cloud servers. Your data, and almost all functionality, lives locally on your device.

Backup & restore
Changing phones or operating systems? Export your local storage and workout history, and pick up from where you left off.

Personal trainer mode
If you're a Personal Trainer, use the app as often as you like for running 1:1 sessions or group classes. With this mode on workout stats are not recorded to local storage and ensure you keep a clean record of your own workout history.
