New: You can now retrieve your medical records from more sources than ever, including any providers connected through TEFCA, Cures Gateway, and Epic MyChart.
- TEFCA (Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement) is a new nationwide initiative to make health data sharing easier and more secure. With just one click, you can request records from participating providers. No accounts or health system selection required.
- Cures Gateway enables access to regional Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). You simply choose your regional HIE, and OtisHealth fetches your records from providers connected to that network.
- Epic MyChart gives you direct access to your health records from participating hospitals and clinics, and OtisHealth will securely retrieve your records without the need to contact each provider individually.

This is part of a nationwide patient access initiative, and we invite you to be a part of it.
