The Stridy app provides you with a fun and intuitive way to log litter, while also visualising the positive impact you’re making on the environment. The Stridy app connects you to the global Stridy community, where you’ll be able to see the impact we’re making as a community all over the world!

1. An intuitive log system
Unlittering is made more fun than ever with Stridy’s intuitive log system. The Stridy app’s user-friendly interface means you can start and end Strides, log your finds, and even snap photographs with just a few simple taps!

2. Track (y)our impact
Every logged Stride contributes to a global open-sourced database that tracks the global Stridy community’s unlittering efforts. See how much you’ve done for the environment with details such as number, type of pick-ups, total weight of pick-ups, distance covered, time spent Striding, the route you’ve taken on your Stride, and even photos of litter you’ve collected! You can also see the entire community’s stats at a local, or even global, level! Stay motivated by checking out what the rest of the community is doing. You’ll never feel alone with Stridy!

3. Enjoy some friendly competition
Join a Team or create one and invite others to join you. With your Team assembled, you can now compete against other groups around the world to see which Team logs more pick-ups! The best part about Teams? It’s not limited by geography, so you can even Stride with people from other countries as part of the same Team!

4. Stride it forward
You’ll notice that as you Stride, you’ll rack up Stridy points. Redeem those hard-earned Stridy points in the Redeem page, and dedicate those points towards supporting conservation and sustainability projects around the world. This means that your impact is greater than just cleaning your immediate environment – you have the ability to help other projects that better our world just by taking a simple Stride.

1. Stridy is more social than ever before!
You can now choose to overlay your impact summary with a photo taken on your Stride! Commemorate your Stride with a photo of your Team, or even of a wacky piece of litter you’ve found, and share it on your socials to show the world the good work you’re doing! Start snapping away, Stridy shutterbugs!

2. Impact visualisation improvements
Every litter category now comes with estimated weights based on averages from waste management research findings. We hope this helps visualise the positive impact you’re making on the environment even better. Imagine knowing you’ve removed an estimated weight of five kilograms’ worth of litter from the environment – wow!

Of course, if you’d prefer to enter your own weights, you can easily write over these estimations before you end Stride!

3. Stride continuity improvements
Sometimes we start a Stride but end up in a situation that requires us to stop the Stride – we get it, we’ve been there. The good news is, now we have options to manage an interrupted Stride!

If you return to the app within 5 hours from where your Stride was left off, you can choose to 1) continue your Stride, 2) save your Stride as of last pick-up recorded, or 3) delete your Stride.

4. UI/UX optimisation
We’ve also shifted a couple of things around to improve accessibility and app usability. Just lots of good stuff that’ll improve your experience. Fire up the app and check them out!

We are strictly ad-free, and will never utilise user data for financial gain. Stridy is fully funded by private donations, and proceeds from the Stridy shop.
