Tandem Tasks is a calm to-do list and day planner that works offline, with no account and no cloud. Your tasks live on your device and stay there.

One list for today
Today shows exactly what needs your attention: tasks due today, overdue items and anything you pinned. A focus card counts what is left, so you always know when the day is done. Type a line in the quick-add bar and it becomes a task.

Plan on a calendar
The built-in calendar lays out your dated tasks by day. Tap a day to see what is planned and add a task straight to it. The calendar organizes your tasks inside the app and does not connect to external calendar services.

Lists that keep their shape
Undated ideas wait in their own list, dated work lines up by what is coming, and finished tasks stay reviewable after completion. Group related work into projects and add tags to find things again later. Archive projects you no longer need.

Everything a task needs
Give a task a date, a priority, notes and subtasks. Set it to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly; completing a repeating task creates the next occurrence. Pin an undated task to Today when it needs attention now.

Reminders on your device
Choose a daily overview reminder and reminders for timed tasks, and pick the reminder time. Notifications use the Android permission you grant; battery saving and device settings can delay delivery.

A widget and a quick add
A home-screen widget shows today's and overdue tasks at a glance. The quick-add bar turns a typed line into a task without leaving the list.

Your data, your backup
Export tasks, projects and tags to a JSON file you choose and import a backup when you need it. Backups are manual; there is no automatic sync.

Tandem Tasks speaks English, Spanish, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian, and stores everything locally on your device.
