ZEN CALLER is a business phone app for sales and telecalling teams. Set it as your default Phone app to make and receive work calls, see your call history, and keep every customer call organised for your company.

MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS
• Full dialer with keypad, contacts search and recent calls
• In-call screen with mute, speaker, hold, keypad, Bluetooth and call merging
• Dual-SIM support: choose which SIM is used for work
• Save new numbers as contacts in one tap

CALL HISTORY FOR YOUR TEAM
• Incoming, outgoing and missed calls are listed with duration and time
• Calls on your work SIM sync automatically to your company's ZEN CALLER dashboard
• Syncing also runs in the background, so calls made with no internet are uploaded once you're back online
• Optional: log WhatsApp call times (message content is never read)

CALL RECORDINGS
• Recordings saved by your phone are matched to the right call and synced securely
• Managers can play back calls from the web dashboard
• AI transcripts and call summaries, requested by your company admin

BUILT FOR MANAGERS
• Web dashboard with calls, talk time, missed calls and agent activity
• Click-to-Call: start a call on an agent's phone from the web dashboard
• Follow up with customers faster with complete call records

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
ZEN CALLER uses call log, phone and contacts permissions to show your call history, identify callers, and sync calls on your chosen work SIM to your company's ZEN CALLER account. If call recording is turned on, recordings of those calls are synced too. Syncing runs in the background, including when the app is closed. Data is sent over HTTPS to your company's ZEN CALLER account and is visible only to your company's admins. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
