TrackItWeekly is a cloud-based inventory app built by a 20-year multi-unit franchise operator. It replaces spreadsheets with a simple weekly counting ritual that turns into vendor-ready orders.

No POS integration required. No real-time sync. No complicated setup. Just count what you have, see what you used, and order what you need.

HOW IT WORKS

Count: Walk your stockroom with your phone. Scan barcodes to look up items, then enter your count. Works offline and syncs automatically when you reconnect. Takes 30 to 90 minutes per location.

Review: The app calculates your usage averages, shows PAR levels, and flags items below par with color-coded Stock Dots (green, yellow, red, gray). You see exactly what needs reordering before you place the order.

Order: Generate a vendor-ready order email straight from the app. Send it to your distributor, enter it into their website, and you are done. The app does not auto-place orders into your distributor system. The email is the bridge.

Repeat: Same day every week. That is the whole system. Weekly counting creates a rhythm that keeps your inventory accurate and your ordering predictable.

WHO IT IS FOR

TrackItWeekly is built for small business operators, franchisees, and independent owners who manage inventory across one or multiple locations. Coffee shops, food trucks, cafes, retail stores, gyms, cigar shops, vape shops, pet stores, salons, bakeries, convenience stores, and restaurants.

If you are still running inventory on a spreadsheet, guessing what to order, or sending a manager to do a 3-hour count that should take 45 minutes, this is your app.

WHY IT EXISTS

Every feature in TrackItWeekly exists because an operator asked for it. Not a product roadmap. Not a focus group. A real person doing a real count in a real back room said "can we make it do this?" and it got built.

The app started as a replacement for a spreadsheet that kept getting lost, overwritten, or abandoned. It grew into a complete weekly inventory workflow because that is what operators actually need: know what you have, know what you used, order what you need. Everything else is noise.
