The REST App is built around Kelvin Wooten’s REST project: a space to slow down, breathe, and sleep with music, nature, color noise, and faith-centered affirmations you blend yourself. It’s for anyone who wants physical rest and a quieter spirit: a dark, simple place to listen and remember that rest is a gift, not just a setting on your phone.

FAITH AND CALM IN THE SAME SESSION.
Whether you’re settling in for the night or stealing a sacred pause in a loud day, the app invites you to combine calming sound with encouragement rooted in Christian faith: gentle reminders of God’s care, peace, and trust, spoken in a warm, restful tone. Use it as a prayerful wind-down, a bedtime ritual, or a few minutes to recenter your heart before you close your eyes.

CREATE YOUR OWN REST
* Music: gentle tracks from the REST world
* Nature: rain, wind, water, and outdoor textures
* Noise: pink, brown, white, and green noise for masking and deep focus
* Affirmations: original spoken encouragement written for rest and reflection, spiritually grounded to steady your thoughts and align your heart toward peace and gratitude
Use the mixer to balance each layer, then save your favorite blends as presets for the next night, or the next time you need to exhale.

SLEEP AND REST ON YOUR SCHEDULE
Set a timer for a nap, a wind-down, or a full night. When time is up, audio can ease out so you’re not jolted awake.

OPTIONAL CALM VIDEO
Turn on a full-screen calm video when you want your phone to feel less like a screen and more like a still room. Tap anywhere to return.

TRY IT, THEN CHOOSE FULL ACCESS
Explore the app with free listening time to hear how everything works together. When you’re ready, subscribe for unlimited listening and the full set of audio features. Monthly or annual options are available.

The REST App: Relax & Sleep offers Christian-informed rest for body and soul: calming sounds, ambient audio, and spiritual peace whenever you need it.
