Swipetimes is a timesheet app, time clock and work hours tracker: clock in and out with one tap, an NFC tag, or automatically by location (geofencing), Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Your hours worked, overtime and projects are always up to date. Free, no ads, no account, works offline.

Simple timesheet or project time tracker

Just need to track your hours worked? Clock in, clock out, done – your timesheet fills itself. Freelancer or working for several clients? Then log time per project and task, set hourly rates and budgets, and track billable hours. You decide how detailed your time tracking gets. It works just as well outside of work: study time, sports, hobbies or personal projects, each in its own profile, separate from your work hours.

Clock in and out with one tap or NFC

• One tap to punch in for your shift, take a break or switch projects – a time clock in your pocket
• NFC time tracking: hold your phone to an NFC tag and the clock starts
• Home screen widgets and app shortcuts
• Automatic breaks after a set number of hours
• Forgot to clock in or out? Add or edit entries afterwards
• Pomodoro alarm that tells you when to take a break

Automatic time tracking

• GPS time tracking with geofencing: your work hours start and stop automatically when you arrive at or leave the office, a job site or a client
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: clock in on a project when your phone connects to the office Wi-Fi or your car, clock out or start a break when it disconnects
• Tasker plugin to control Swipetimes from your own automations
• Optional route recording: turn it on for a project, and its route is recorded via GPS while you track it, with distances in your reports and GPX export

Work hours and overtime

• Overtime tracker and work hours calculator: target vs. actual hours per day, week and month, with your overtime balance
• Flextime, PTO and vacation, sick days
• Import public holidays for the US and many other countries
• Check your hours worked and overtime against your paycheck

Invoices and earnings

Set hourly rates, see your earnings per project, and turn billable hours into an invoice.

Export and backup

• Export your timesheet, time card or work log as Excel, PDF, CSV or XML – as proof of hours worked for payroll, your employer or clients
• Scheduled automatic exports
• Automatic backups on your device or to Google Drive or Dropbox
• Google Calendar sync

Your data stays with you

Your time entries are stored only on your device – no account, no cloud required. Google Drive, Dropbox and Google Calendar are used only if you set them up yourself.

Free and ad-free

Swipetimes never shows ads, and all core time tracking features are free. Need more projects or automations? Add them with a one-time purchase or a subscription.
