• Heart Rate – After each workout, view your average, min, and max heart rate with zone analysis and personalized coach feedback on the Session Completed screen

• Resting Heart Rate – Track recovery trends on the Recovery Dashboard with historical charts and daily readiness scores

• Weight – Auto-fills during onboarding and syncs daily for nutrition calculations and goal tracking on the Nutrition Dashboard

• Height – Imported during setup for accurate BMR/calorie calculations in nutrition planning

• Calories Burned – View workout energy expenditure on Session Completed screen; adjusts daily nutrition targets
