Off-line, peer-to-peer, closed-loop, medium of exchange. Set your handle, claim your universal basic income. Gain access to the full balance through interactions and attesting to others in your sphere. No internet or cell signal needed. This can be used in the jungle, in the desert, in the middle of the sea, Antarctica, any city, anywhere as long as your battery has a charge. It must be understood that this is not a type of currency that can be traded over the internet. It is what is known as a "scrip". It is finite, cash-like and cannot be exchanged for any treasury-backed currency anywhere in the world today. For producers and consumers who find the money system is becoming less accessible, this is a protocol that allows a medium of exchange to be generated by your existence in this world.

Universal Basic Income
Once you have passed the paywall, you will see the Universal Basic Income Tab and an opportunity to "Claim UBI". You may claim it before setting your handle, if you wish. However, it is advisable that you move to the Profile tab all the way to the bottom right of the screen and edit your "handle". It is probably best to use your real name or a name you are known by other in your community or sphere. Every 28 days you can claim your universal basic income. Everyone's universal basic income has a ceiling of one million.

Transfer between peers
Your phone and a peer's phone have the app activated and you both are on the Transfer tab. Both of you click find devices. Be pateint. You will see an alphanumeric identification pop up. ONLY ONE of you tap on it first, a green checkmark appears, while the other waits. Your respective handles/ names should then appear (if you have set them already in your Profile). Now the other person taps and the green checkmark appears. You can now send any amount you have access to in your confirmed balance. After you've sent once, close out the app.

What is the Multisig?
The only way to gain any type of surplus from the exchange of these credits if people in your community choose to use this system rather than a treasury-backed system which manages your scarcity and access. Furthermore, the Multisig account is the equivalent of a business account; Hard costs, Staff costs, and Surplus costs are split evenly with every instance of income. The way you connect with a customer is you both connect on the Transfer tab as usual and the person transacting on behalf of the business (the owner/ employee) moves to the Multisig tab, taps on the alphanumeric ID and awaits receipt of the customer's payment. Multisigs/businesses can also transfer to Multisigs/businesses on this tab and Staff can also be paid from this Multisig/ Business tab. Everyone must connect first on the Transfer tab because everyone is a person first and foremost.

The Ledger
Personal ledgers cannot be exported. Only Multisig ledgers can be exported in a .txt format. Personal funds and histories are your own. The philosophy is all commerce (Multisig/business profiles) should commit a ratio of Surplus to the common good and public institutions.

Profile
Setting your profile handle/name is self-explanatory. You have the opportunity to attest to your peers. Attestations and activity over time grant you greater access to your provisional balance eventually gaining you 10,000 credits per cycle. Personal credits have a ceiling of 1,000,000.
