Email yourself links, notes and photos in one tap. To-inbox is the fastest way to save anything: share it, and it lands in your own Gmail inbox. A quick note to self, without typing.

Found an interesting article, a recipe, a video or a handy file? Tap Share, pick To-inbox and you're done. No address, subject or text to fill in. Everything arrives neatly formatted, ready to read, act on or archive later. Perfect for saving links to read later.

Good to know: To-inbox is not an email client. You don't read or manage your mailbox with it. The app only sends things to your own inbox, and you read them in Gmail as usual.

Save links and read later
• Share from any app or website: links, text, photos, videos and files
• Pick a label in the share window, or send instantly without a window
• Put your labels at the top of the Android share menu (in Preferences): one tap and it is sent
• Link preview with title, description and image, with the product photo for web shops
• Smart subjects with [Link], [Photo] or [Reminder], also as emoji

Notes and reminders to yourself
• Type a note or reminder and send it straight to your inbox
• Attach a photo or file
• A widget, a quick settings tile and shortcuts for a quick note
• Copy, resend or swipe away recently sent items

Sort automatically with Gmail labels
• Labels via plus addressing (yourname+label@gmail.com)
• Gmail filters automatically colour-code, archive or star your items
• Give each label its own color and subject, like "Read: {title}"
• The welcome screen shows you how, step by step
• Export the Gmail filters for all your labels at once as a file
• Also works with other services: send to your Evernote, Todoist or Trello address, with the label added automatically as a hashtag

Quick start
Choose your language, connect Gmail, pick your first labels and send a test email. Ready in a minute. New phone? Your labels and preferences come along automatically with your phone's Google backup.

Free, with Pro as a bonus
Everything you need day to day is free, including 3 labels and no ads. To-inbox Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription:
• Up to 10 labels
• Forward labels: send +to-do straight to Todoist, notes to Evernote or ideas to a Trello board, while everything else stays in your Gmail
• Scheduled reminders: tonight, in an hour, tomorrow morning, the weekend or any time you choose, even repeating. They arrive right on time, even with a locked phone
• Remind me later and your own note, right from the share menu
Pro stays active on a new phone with the same Google account.

Privacy first
To-inbox has no server of its own and needs no account with us. Emails go straight from your phone to Gmail. If you sign in with Google, the app only asks permission to send: it cannot read or delete your email. No ads, and no analytics or trackers in the app.

What you need
• A Gmail account
• Sign in with Google, or a Gmail app password (the app explains how)

Available in English, Dutch and Spanish, in light and dark theme.
