Walkito is a daily foot exercise plan for heel pain, plantar fasciitis and flat feet. Made for sharp first steps in the morning and feet that ache after a long shift. It adjusts to how your feet feel each day: 3, 5 or 10 minutes at home, no equipment needed.

Tried insoles, new shoes and random videos? Walkito gives you one clear plan: which foot exercises, how many, in what order, and what to do on a bad day.

Who it's for
• Heel pain and plantar fasciitis: sharp first steps in the morning, pain after sitting
• Flat feet, fallen arches and tired, aching feet
• Foot pain and leg pain from standing all day: nurses, retail, warehouse, hospitality
• Runners and athletes with Achilles pain, calf tightness or shin splints

It adjusts to your morning
Check in each morning with one tap. A bad morning makes today's session lighter. A good one keeps the plan moving, one step at a time.

A plan built from your answers
Tap where it hurts on the leg map: heel, arch, Achilles, calf or shin. Whether you are dealing with heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, shin splints or general foot pain, the plan starts from where you are. Tell Walkito which side, how active you are, your goal, and how many days and minutes you have. It builds a weekly plan of foot exercises and stretches around your answers and changes it as you progress.

Every session
• Short exercise videos, with a timer that counts for you
• A short cue so you know what you should feel
• Foot stretches, calf stretches and strength work in small steps
• Quick routines for right now: when it hurts, before your first step, at work, before and after running

See your progress
A short test every 14 days measures calf raises, arch hold and single-leg balance, and compares your left side with your right.

Health Connect (optional)
Walkito reads your steps, workouts, distance and sleep from Health Connect to adjust each day's session, and saves finished sessions as exercise. Optional, and nothing is uploaded.

Built from research
The foot exercises and calf strength work for plantar fasciitis follow published studies and the 2023 JOSPT clinical practice guideline for plantar heel pain. Stretches for the plantar fascia, Achilles tendon and calf. Strength work for the arch and ankle in small steps, and a foot roll on recovery days.

Exercises for heel pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, Achilles tendinopathy, shin splints and leg pain - all in one plan.
