Built for people who have not trained in years, or ever.

Old Man Fitness gives you one ordered list per day — easiest and most important first, hardest last. You are not expected to finish it. Do number one, then number two, and stop when you have had enough. Tomorrow, get one further. That is the whole method.

WHAT IT DOES
• Orders every session so stopping early still gets you the work that matters most
• Tracks how far down the list you got, not just how many boxes you ticked
• Built-in stopwatch for planks, wall sits and holds — it logs what you actually did
• Records reps, seconds and added weight, and shows you what you need to beat
• 179 exercises, from wall pushups to pull-ups, filtered to the equipment you own
• Pin a YouTube video to any exercise, found and saved without leaving the app
• Rest timer between sets
• An optional eating window with alerts at both ends, if you want one
• Saves finished workouts to Health Connect, so Google Health, Samsung Health and Fitbit can see them

IF YOU OWN NOTHING
The plan adapts. A walk, chair and wall progressions, and a pushup ladder that starts at a wall and ends on the floor. No gym, no bands, no dumbbells required.

NO ACCOUNT. NO ADS. NO TRACKING.
Everything stays on your device. We run no servers and never receive your data. Export the whole log to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

PRICE
Free for 14 days, everything unlocked. After that, one payment, once, forever. No subscription.

HEALTH NOTICE
This app provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are over 40, sedentary, pregnant, or have any medical condition. Stop and seek care if you feel chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Calorie figures are rough estimates, not measurements. You train at your own risk.
