VeloPad: Turn Your Phone Into a Custom PC Controller

If you've spent hundreds or thousands of hours playing mobile shooters like PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile, Delta Force, Bloodstrike—you know the feeling. Your button layout is dialed in, your thumbs react before your brain even finishes the thought, and the muscle memory is basically second nature.

Then you sit down to play a shooter on PC.

Suddenly you're fumbling around a keyboard or fighting with an analog stick, feeling like you've never touched a video game in your life. The frustrating part isn't your aim or your game sense—those are fine. Your hands just don't speak mouse and keyboard yet.

That’s why I built VeloPad.

Instead of throwing away years of practice and starting from scratch, VeloPad turns your Android phone into your PC controller. You build your layout on your phone screen exactly the way you're used to playing. Put buttons wherever your thumbs naturally rest, make them whatever size you want, and map them straight to PC keys.

Jump goes to Spacebar. Fire goes to Left Click. Crouch goes to C. Aim goes to mouse movement or phone tilt. You don't have to spend weeks rebuilding muscle memory—you just pick up your phone and play.

Not Just For Shooters

I originally built VeloPad for FPS games, but it works with pretty much anything on PC. As long as a game accepts keyboard, mouse, or controller input, you can build a touch layout that works for it:

⧐ Racing games: Steer with your phone’s gyroscope (tilt controls) and drop gas and brake pedals right on the screen.
⧐ RPGs & MMOs: Put your skill rotations, dodge buttons, and inventory hotkeys right under your thumbs instead of stretching across number rows.
⧐ Action & Fighting games: Place your light, heavy, and special attacks in clean clusters, and set up combo sequences with custom timings.
⧐ Platformers & Emulators: Lay out classic D-pad and face buttons sized comfortably for your hands.

Instant Player 2 For Couch Multiplayer

VeloPad lets you connect multiple phones to the same PC at the same time over Wi-Fi or USB. Just have your friend connect their phone, and you instantly have a working Player 2 controller ready for split-screen or 1v1 matches.

What you can do with it:

⧐ Custom layout builder: Drag, drop, and resize buttons anywhere on your screen so your controls sit right where your fingers expect them.
⧐ Full key mapping: Map any touch button to PC keyboard keys, mouse buttons, mouse aiming, or gamepad buttons.
⧐ Gyro aiming: Use your phone’s internal gyroscope for fine-tuned aiming, recoil control, or driving games.
⧐ Wi-Fi & USB connection: Play wirelessly over local Wi-Fi, or plug in with a USB cable (ADB mode) for low-latency competitive matches (up to 500Hz polling rate).
⧐ Game profiles: Save different layouts for different PC games and switch between them whenever you switch titles.
⧐ Key combos: Chain multiple key presses together with custom delay timing for complex inputs.
⧐ Works with any PC game: No game mods, extra software hooks, or file tweaks required.

VeloPad Pro
The free version gives you what you need to play over Wi-Fi. If you play competitively and need every millisecond, Pro unlocks USB/ADB zero-lag connection, higher polling rates (250Hz–500Hz), unlimited profile slots, combo sequences, and advanced gyro controls (response curves and smoothing) that you can tweak directly from the PC companion app.

You can try Pro free for 14 days and cancel anytime.

Who this is for:

⧐ Mobile FPS players who want to jump into PC games without rebuilding years of muscle memory from scratch.
⧐ Anyone who hates keyboard-and-mouse ergonomics or finds standard Xbox/PlayStation controllers uncomfortable.
⧐ Gamers who want a controller layout that actually fits how their hands move, not how a hardware company decided it should look.

If you're already sharp on mobile but tired of feeling clumsy every time you try playing on PC, this was built for you.
