Need a workout that fits around your day? Probody Circuit gives you quick bodyweight workouts you can do at home, in a hotel room, at the park or wherever you have a little space. No gym to get to, no equipment needed for the free exercises, and no subscription.

PICK A WORKOUT AND PRESS START
• Quick workout: Want something different? The Quick workout creates a fresh 30-minute circuit each time, with a warm-up and cool-down included.
• Ready-made workouts: Choose a full-body session or focus on your abs, legs and glutes, or upper body.
• Make your own: Choose what to train and set the length, from 1 to 11 rounds. Add a warm-up and cool-down if you want, or skip them. Work out for under 5 minutes or build a session of nearly an hour.
• Found a workout you like? Repeat your latest workout with the same exercises.

HOW IT WORKS
Each round has 6 exercises of 40 seconds each, then 40 seconds of rest. A video coach shows you what to do, a voice tells you what's next, and the timer keeps track of the seconds. Leave the music on, mute the coach, or switch the sound off altogether. It's up to you.

MADE FOR REAL LIFE
• Bodyweight workouts: Most exercises need only a little floor space. No equipment required for the 30 free exercises.
• New to exercise? Each move comes with a video, step-by-step instructions and tips for easier versions. It's a straightforward way to get started with beginner workouts.
• Swap an exercise: Not keen on a particular move? Choose another from the same muscle group.
• Pick up where you stopped: Pause when you need to, look around the app and come back to your workout. Your progress is saved, even if you close the app.
• Stay in control: Swipe to skip an exercise or go back. Turn your phone sideways to watch the video full-screen.
• Your device, your preference: Use Probody Circuit on a phone or tablet, in light or dark mode.
• No account, no ads: There's nothing to sign up for. Your workouts stay on your device.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, WITHOUT THE FUSS
Functional fitness doesn't have to mean a gym full of equipment or a complicated routine. Probody Circuit uses bodyweight circuits to give you a simple, flexible way to fit movement into your day. Start with a few minutes, choose a longer session when you have time, or use it alongside the training you already do.

WHO IT'S FOR
Just starting out, returning after a break, or simply not a gym person? Follow the videos, take things at your own pace and choose a workout that suits the time you have.
Already go to the gym? When you miss a session or can't fit in your usual routine, a quick workout at home or while you travel gives you another option. Probody Circuit can sit alongside your regular training, not replace it.
