A complete process capability study, right on your phone.

Q-Nexus Capability is an advanced statistical process control (SPC) tool, widely used in Six Sigma, that brings six charts together on a single screen — the Sixpack — to assess a process's stability, normality and real capability.

✔ Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk, with expected PPM out of specification
✔ Cm and Cmk for precise machine capability validation
✔ Full Sixpack: X̄ or individuals chart, range chart, capability histogram, normal probability plot (Anderson-Darling), last subgroups and capability comparison
✔ Automatic assessment: the app explains whether the process is capable and what would help most (centering, reducing variation, investigating special causes)
✔ Western Electric rules highlighted on the control charts
✔ Professional A4 PDF report, ready to share, print and sign
✔ Individual measurements or subgroups (2 to 10)
✔ Standard deviation method matching leading statistical software (or R̄/d2, AIAG standard)

FAST DATA ENTRY
• Type with an automatic decimal point (12013 becomes 12.013)
• Paste a column or table from Excel or Google Sheets
• Import Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files — headers, row numbers and subgroup tables are detected automatically
• Spreadsheet with several characteristics (weight, height, diameter…)? Each column becomes a study, with its own tolerance, and the name and unit taken from the header
• Target calculated for you: halfway between the minimum and the maximum
• Photograph your check sheet, even several pages: the app builds the table from the part numbers and you review it row by row against the photo
• Animated step-by-step guide to running a study

PRO — 30 DAYS UNLOCKED ON INSTALL, NO CARD NEEDED
