Quivio turns inventory checks into a single gesture: point the camera at the item's QR code and it goes into the list, with a record of who scanned it and when.

YOUR QR CODES
Quivio reads plain-text QR codes: the content is just the item code, in whatever format you choose. Example: INV-00130.
• Create your own labels in any QR code generator, choosing the Text option (not URL).
• No label at hand? Tap Scan, then Type code.

HOW IT WORKS
• Sign in with your work email and choose how you want to be called. That name signs every item you register.
• Tap Scan and point at the QR code. Reading is automatic, with no capture button.
• Check the item on the confirmation screen before saving. Nothing enters the inventory without your approval.
• If the code is already registered, Quivio tells you who registered it and when, instead of creating a duplicate.

WHAT YOU SEE
• Home screen with the inventory total, how many items came in today and the latest entries.
• Full inventory with search by name or code and filters for today and this week.
• Item details with category, warehouse, entry date and who registered it.
• Manual code entry when the QR code is damaged, unreadable or not printed yet.
• Built-in flashlight for reading in poorly lit warehouses.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• No data leaves the device. There is no server, no collection, no tracking and no sharing with third parties.
• The camera is the only permission requested, and it is used only to read QR codes.
• The published version declares no network access.
• Items and history stay in local storage and are removed when you uninstall the app.

THREE LANGUAGES
Portuguese, English and Spanish. The app opens in the device language, and the language can be changed on the sign-in screen.
