Élan tracks your strength workouts and your running, cycling, walking and swimming outings. Everything stays on your phone: no account, no server, no ads.

LAST TIME, ON EVERY SET
Each set shows what you did in your previous workout. You know right away how many reps, seconds or kilos to aim for.

REST, TIMED FOR YOU
The timer starts by itself after each set. It vibrates, rings and can announce what comes next out loud, even with the screen off.

PROGRESS WITHOUT DOING THE MATHS
• Double progression: once every set reaches the top of the target, the next workout suggests one more rep, five more seconds or the next load.
• Deload week in one tap, based on your latest numbers.
• Supersets: two exercises back to back, rest comes after the block.
• Load and effort per set, estimated 1RM.

YOUR PROGRAMS
• Several programs, exercises in reps or seconds, pictures and exercise sheets (muscles worked, cues).
• Planned days in the week, with a reminder at the time you choose.
• Ready-made interval programs for running, walking and cycling.

YOUR OUTINGS
• Free outing with a stopwatch and GPS tracking: distance, pace, elevation, route.
• Target pace with alerts when you leave the zone, auto-pause.
• GPX route import and export.
• Heart rate and activities from your watch, imported from Health Connect.

YOUR PROGRESS, EASY TO READ
• Volume and best-set charts for each exercise.
• Dated records, exercise by exercise.
• Consistency calendar: one row per week, your training days over two months.
• Weekly review every Monday: workouts, sets, records broken.
• Weight tracking with a 7-day average.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Élan collects nothing and sends nothing. Export everything to one file, or turn on an automatic backup after each workout to the folder of your choice, for example on Google Drive: if you change phones, you get everything back in a few taps.

Available in English, French and Spanish, dark and light themes.
