OnTime is the simple way for teams to track attendance and manage leave, right from their phones.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Clock in with one tap. Check-ins are verified against your office location, so there are no paper registers or shared devices.
• See every workday at a glance: clock-in and clock-out times, hours worked and late arrivals in a monthly view.
• Know your leave balance before you plan. Annual, casual, sick and work-from-home balances stay up to date automatically.
• Request full or half days in seconds and follow the approval status in real time.
• Fix a missed check-in with an attendance correction request.
• Stay on top of public holidays and company events for your location.
• Get notified when your requests are approved.

FOR HR TEAMS AND OWNERS
• See who's in, live: today's check-ins, check-outs, leave and late arrivals for your whole team.
• Approve or reject leave and attendance corrections from one queue, wherever you are.
• Export daily attendance to Excel.
• Set up daily shifts with grace periods, or multi-day site duty for teams in the field.
• Configure leave types, leave policies and late-arrival rules that apply automatically.
• Manage employees, locations, holiday calendars and company events.
• Owners can manage several organizations and switch between them in the app.

BUILT FOR TRUST
• Every change made by an administrator is recorded in an audit log.
• Data is kept separate for each organization.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time.

GETTING STARTED
OnTime is set up for organizations. Your employer adds you and you sign in with your work email. If your organization isn't on OnTime yet, tap "Request access" on the sign-in screen and our team will get in touch.
