Take a set of photos to catch the perfect shot? Photo Curator notices when several photos land in your camera roll close together and suggests which ones to keep, so you don't have to sort through them all yourself. You review a whole set at once, then decide what to delete — the app never deletes anything on its own.

How it works
- Photo Curator quietly watches your camera folder in the background.
- When a burst of similar photos arrives, you get a notification.
- Tap it to see the whole set at once, with suggested keeps already highlighted.
- Mark or adjust Keep/Reject on any photo to track your decisions as you go — these marks are just your own notes and don't delete anything by themselves.
- To actually delete a photo, tap it to open it in Google Photos, where you delete it the normal way — removing it from your device and the cloud backup in one step.

How does Photo Curator choose photos?

- It compares brightness and contrast to help identify stronger shots within a group of similar photos.
- It doesn't use AI to analyse or understand the content of your photos.
- Photo analysis happens entirely on your device — your photos aren't uploaded to a server for analysis.
- The suggestions are there to help you narrow down your choices. You always decide what to keep.

Why Photo Curator
- Multiple suggested keepers — not just one "best" photo, so you're refining a shortlist instead of starting from scratch.
- Prompted, not buried — a notification brings the review to you instead of waiting for you to remember a gallery feature exists.
- Decide with the whole set in view — mark keeps and rejects across the whole group in one pass with a clear overview, then work through opening each reject in Google Photos to delete it, instead of deciding blind, one photo at a time.

What Photo Curator doesn't do
- It never deletes anything automatically. Marking a photo Keep or Reject is just a note to yourself — the only way a photo actually gets deleted is by opening it in Google Photos and deleting it there, on your device and in the cloud together.
- It doesn't require any setup, account, or change to how Google Photos backs up your camera roll — everything keeps working exactly as it already does.
- Google Photos needs to be installed for the delete step to work, since it's the only app this goes through.

Built for anyone who takes a lot of photos on their phone and wants their camera roll — and their Google Photos backup — to stay clean, without extra effort.
