Yolo Ride - an Affordable private hire Mini Cab Service

YOLO Ride London is a London‑based private hire and airport‑transfer operator delivering safe, reliable, and customer‑focused transport services across Greater London. We operate 24/7 and work exclusively with licensed partner firms approved by local authorities. Our operational model prioritises compliance, service quality, and consistent delivery standards aligned with Transport for London expectations.

**Operational Standards**
All vehicles deployed through YOLO Ride London are fully insured under Private Hire Insurance (Taxi Insurance) and authorised by TfL. Drivers carry valid Public Carriage Badge identification and meet all regulatory requirements for private hire operations.
We maintain strict oversight of our partner fleet through regular checks, staff training, and ongoing performance monitoring.

**Service Delivery**
Airport transfers form a core part of our operation. We provide coverage for Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, and London City Airport with rapid response times:

- City Airport: 30‑minute notice
- Other major airports. 1‑hour notice

Drivers are scheduled to arrive **10 minutes prior** to the booked pick‑up time to support punctuality and customer readiness.

**Waiting Time Policy**
Our waiting policy is designed to be transparent and fair:

- 45 minutes free waiting time from flight landing
- 20 minutes additional leverage time for airport pick‑ups
- 10 minutes leverage time for residential pick‑ups

In circumstances where YOLO Ride London exceeds leverage time due to operational delays, a 10% reduction is applied to the net fare for airport‑transfer journeys. This reflects our commitment to accountability and service integrity.

**Quality Assurance**
We adopt a selective approach to driver and partner‑firm onboarding, ensuring all personnel meet our service and compliance standards. Customer feedback is collected regularly to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and recognise high‑performing drivers. This continuous review process supports a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

**Customer Commitment**
Our service model is built around customer satisfaction, safety, and reliability. We provide:

- Fixed‑fare pricing** with no surge or traffic‑based increases
-Advanced fleet‑management technology for accurate dispatch and tracking
- Live flight‑status monitoring across all major London airports
- Multi‑currency acceptance (*T&C apply*)
- Assistance with luggage and family travel needs
- Baby seats on request

Our aim is to provide a dependable, safe, and comfortable transport experience that meets the expectations of TfL‑regulated services and the needs of our customers.
