The ocean has one master. Time to change that.

Baron Undertow was the finest surfer alive, until they stripped his world
title for weighting a rival's board. He came back with a fortune, a gold
sonar crown, and the Siren Engine: an array of seafloor resonators that
bends sharks and barracuda to his will. One by one, the world's surfers
have been chased out of the water. Soon he will paddle out alone and crown
himself champion of an empty ocean.

You are Kai, the last independent surfer on the circuit, and you are too
stubborn to leave.

The Wave Is The Terrain

Swell Runner runs on hand-written physics, not an engine's. Speed is earned
from the water, never from a button. Swells are slopes. Tucking is the roll.
The barrel is the loop. Read a wave right and you scream through the
section. Fight it and the sea collects you.

Stomp a shark's back and bounce off it. Ride a dolphin that is already
heading your way. Flip for style points and land clean. Collect coconuts,
and lose a quarter of them every time you wipe out.

Thirteen Breaks, And What Lies Between Them

Ride from First Break to the Maelstrom rig through Double Overhead, Night
Reef, Cross Chop, Twin Palms, Boneyard, Rip Current, Widowmaker, Graveyard
Sets and more. Along the way the Engine's undertow drags you into the Reef
Maw, a sealed coral cave where you free-dive on a breath meter between air
pockets. Detour through Monkey Cay to hop the palm islands while the locals
cheer your flips. Hidden runs sit tucked off the beaten path for anyone
taking the high air lines.

It ends at the MAKO-9, the Baron's mechanized shark. Three cracks in the
cockpit dome, and he still will not go quietly.

Beat him and the credits roll into New Game Plus: the whole campaign again
at 25% more danger per loop. Faster hunters, shorter telegraphs, tighter
clocks, thinner cave air.

Six Ways To Play

Classic gives you five lives and no clock. Free Surf removes every limit so
you can just ride. Time Trial puts a countdown on each level and five
attempts on the run. Every mode plays solo or as alternating two-player,
where the turn passes on each wipeout and both players keep their own score
and progress.

Learn It On The Water

A first-run tutorial coaches you through the board on First Break without
ever pausing the game. The options screen tunes the touch controls to your
hands: button size, opacity, and which side the d-pad sits on. Hazard
markers can switch to shape-based glyphs that read without colour, and
screen shake, music and sound levels are all yours to set.

Built The Old Way

320x224 internal resolution, nearest-neighbor scaling, a fixed 60 Hz logic
tick, and an original surf-rock chiptune score. All art, characters, music
and story are original.

No Nonsense

You bought the game, so that is the entire transaction. No ads. No in-app
purchases. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers. No account
and no login. The game requests no Android permissions and contains no
network code at all, so it plays entirely offline, forever.
