Guided audio exercises (Series One: The Basic Ten)
Develop your body/mind connection with a progression of ten eight-minute audio sessions. Each session helps you attend to physical sensations and breathing to calm and tune in to your body.

Two-Minute Tune-ups
When time is short you can get in more daily practice with the Two-Minute Tune-Ups based on the audio lessons.

Video Tutorials
Short video illustrations of the joints will show how to move more efficiently. These videos can be watched again and again.

Deep Relaxation Lying Down
To deeply relax, a fifteen-minute guided exercises can be done lying down.

Scheduling reminders
This is one of our users’ favorite features.
You will decide how often you want reminders to renew body awareness throughout the day with quick text tips. No matter what you are doing, it will help you have a more conscious and easy body.

Allez Up! offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Subscribers have two weeks free to preview all the features in the app. After that the subscription automatically renews once a month.

Monthly subscription set in US dollars at $0.99, automatically renewed until canceled.
Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country.

You can cancel your monthly subscription any time by disabling auto-renew. If you disable auto-renew less than 24 hours before the next month, you will be charged for another month.
