Craydel — student recruitment, made simple.

Craydel is the all-in-one mobile tool for school counsellors and coordinators to grow and manage their student pipeline. From the very first lead to a confirmed placement, everything you need is in one clean, fast and reliable app — so you spend less time on admin and more time helping students find their future.

Whether you're referring a new student, tracking an application, assigning an assessment or checking how your school is performing, Craydel keeps it all in your pocket.

A clear view of your pipeline
Your dashboard shows your entire funnel at a glance — leads, applications, offers and enrolments — with live counts that update as students move through each stage. Tap into any stage to see exactly who's there and what needs your attention next, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Refer students in seconds
Add a new student with a quick, guided form, or share your personal referral link and QR code directly over WhatsApp and other apps. Every referral is tracked from first contact to enrolment, so you always know what's working and where your next placements are coming from.

Students and profiles at your fingertips
Browse and search your full list of students, and open detailed profiles with tap-to-call and tap-to-email so you can reach out instantly. Follow each student's journey and keep their information organised in one place.

Track applications end to end
Stay on top of every application as it progresses — from started, to offer received, to enrolled. See the status of each student at a glance and follow up at the right moment.

Assessment licenses, sorted
Assign career and course assessments to your students and track exactly who's been invited, who has started and who has completed. When you need more licenses, raise a purchase order right inside the app — your school is then invoiced offline, with no card or payment details required.

Get rewarded with Craydel Coins
