REGARD is the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management platform for industrial sites and the teams who keep them safe. Field staff report what they see in seconds; HSE managers qualify each declaration, assess risks and follow every corrective action until it is closed.

REPORT HAZARDS FROM THE FIELD
• Create a safety declaration from your phone: write it, or simply record a voice message and let the HSE manager complete the title and description.
• Attach up to 8 photos straight from the camera or the gallery.
• Select the zone concerned, save a draft or submit right away.

YOUR WORK, IN ONE LIST
• Employees get a personal task list: audits, declarations to complete and corrective actions, each with its status, priority and due date.
• Overdue items stand out, so nothing slips through.

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS THAT GET CLOSED
• Assign corrective actions, follow their progress and validate them once done.
• Send an action back for correction when the result is not satisfactory.
• Group actions into action plans.

RISK MANAGEMENT
• Keep a risk register with initial and residual scores (probability × severity).
• Position every risk on a 5 × 5 risk matrix with Low, Moderate, High and Critical bands.
• Configure the matrix scales; changes apply to the whole register.
• Turn a declaration into a risk and track its control measures.

ROOT CAUSES, NON-CONFORMITIES AND AUDITS
• Run root-cause analyses linked to declarations, with their causes and action progress.
• Track non-conformities raised by audits, inspections and declarations, from finding to closure.
• Plan audits and inspections and follow late checks.

WORK PERMITS
• Prepare permits to work with identified hazards, safety measures and workers.
• Start, extend, suspend or close a permit, and print it or save it as a PDF.
• See expired, expiring and pending permits at a glance.

STAY INFORMED AND IN CONTROL
• A management dashboard with a watch-list: overdue critical actions, expired permits, late audits and long-open non-conformities.
• Indicators for incidents, compliance rate, on-time actions, field observations and open non-conformities, by period and zone.
• Push notifications on your phone when an action is assigned to you or needs your validation.

ORGANIZED FOR YOUR COMPANY
• Structure your organization into sites and zones.
• Role-based access for HSE administrators, site managers and employees: everyone sees what concerns their site.
• Manage qualification forms, requirements and HSE equipment.
• Interface available in French and Arabic.
