SkillTap is an independent, skills-first job marketplace. Job seekers find positions that fit what they can actually do, from public-sector and education roles to small business, part-time and gig work, and employers find qualified candidates faster. SkillTap is not a government app and is not affiliated with any government agency.

FOR JOB SEEKERS
- Upload your resume and SkillTap reads it for you, pulling out your skills so you don't have to type them all in.
- Review your skills anytime: keep what fits, remove what doesn't, and suggest new ones.
- See recommended jobs matched to your skills.
- Search open positions by title, role, job type and location, then apply in a few taps.
- Save jobs to come back to, and track the jobs you've applied to.
- Control your privacy. Choose which parts of your profile employers can see, approve or decline their requests for more, and take access back whenever you like.

FOR EMPLOYERS
- Post jobs with the role, requirements, skills, salary and closing date.
- Review everyone who applies, with their full application, and shortlist the strongest candidates.
- Search for candidates by skill, even before they apply, and request access to more of their profile.
- Save candidates and keep track of your hiring in one place.
- Every job post is reviewed before it goes live.

SAFE AND RESPECTFUL
- Report any job, company or profile that breaks the rules.
- Block employers or candidates you don't want to hear from.
- Reports are reviewed by the SkillTap team, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
- SkillTap does not show ads and does not sell your data.
- You can delete your account and your data from inside the app at any time.
