Hero Project Helps Families Care Together

When someone you love needs extra support, it can be hard to keep track of who’s helping and what’s already been done.

Hero Project gives family and friends one private place to share care activities, stay informed, and recognize one another’s contributions.

SEE HOW YOUR CARE TEAM IS HELPING

Record visits, meals, rides, calls, errands, household help, medication support, personal care, care coordination, expenses, and more.

Each care activity appears in your shared Care Team feed, so family and friends can see how people are showing up.

SHARE HELPFUL UPDATES

Add an optional note when your Care Team needs a little more context.

For example: “Mom was in good spirits and had a good appetite.”

Only members of the Care Team can see what is shared.

ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER

Send a heart when another Care Team member shares something they did. Hero Project makes it easy to recognize the everyday acts of care that might otherwise go unnoticed.

SEE YOUR CARE STORY

Your Care Summary gives you a simple view of how you’ve helped during the week.

Your Full Record keeps a history of your care activities, including optional time and expenses.

Care Team Organizers can also view Team Member Summaries.

CUSTOMIZATION

Care Team Organizers can customize care activity types to fit their family’s needs.

OPTIONAL INSPIRATIONAL TEXTS

Optionally receive a short inspirational text with words of encouragement every few days.
