This app will help you find out what one of your most important dreams is. By going through its various exercises, you will see how your dream becomes a goal that you can achieve! Together, we will look for your resources i.e. your strengths that will help you reach your chosen goal. We will face your blocks and limitations that stand in the way of realising your dreams. With our app, better prepared, you will embark on a journey towards achieving your goal.

Download, register, enter your nickname and upload your image. At the beginning, you will be greeted by Marek Kaminski. In the following screens, you will learn about the functions of the application and valuable tips that will help you not only during the expedition, but also in everyday life. Expedition
Start the expedition into yourself. To start, check your readiness for the journey and fill in the questionnaire. Think carefully about your answers - haste is not advisable ;) The questionnaire will give you an indication of your level of skills, such as relationships with others, self-confidence and self-reliance, among others. This will be the first important step you will take in your expedition. Next, you will be conquering camps. By doing a variety of exercises in different camps, you will see how to skilfully set goals, build maps of the way to conquer them, overcome obstacles without losing motivation. All this will help you get to know yourself better. During the expedition, you will meet Jasiek and Jessica who have achieved what they initially thought was impossible. The exercises will show you your strengths and talents. As you develop your skills, you will be able to go on additional expeditions. Face your difficulties and limitations and you will climb to the very top of your abilities!
Rewards
During the expedition, you will be able to earn various rewards for the progress you make. Collect the badges of "Traveller", "Explorer" or "Fear Conqueror" for completing individual exercises! If you complete additional missions, various skills, such as the Jaguar Skill, will appear in your reward collection. Play with friends and share your achievements together!
Backpack
Some exercises can be completed several times. To do so, use the Backpack function. There, you will find exercises that you can complete again to improve your skills. Exercises in the Backpack can be completed at a time that is convenient for you. Thanks to this function, you have the opportunity to think carefully and to plan thoroughly and reach your goal.
Knowledge
LifePlanApp is not only a journey towards the realisation of your dreams. In the knowledge module, you will find articles and short videos on development, sport and travel. There, you will find not only interesting facts from these three subject areas, but also news related to LifePlanAcademy. We encourage you to regularly check out our Knowledge module and learn about issues that are useful in everyday life as well as with loved ones and friends.
