how to use sona:

use sona at night before sleep or during the day in a quiet environment. try listening for at least 10 minutes, or as long as you need to feel relief. be still, close your eyes, and minimize distractions for better results. you may use the app while you meditate or practice breathwork and mindfulness. it's also a perfect solution for putting your child or baby to sleep.

press the ‘play music’ button and let sona do the rest. listen from your phone, headphones or bluetooth speaker. for kids, use an external speaker or mobile device placed at a distance to protect the child’s hearing.

listening to sona for long periods of time may make you feel drowsy. please do not listen and operate machinery or drive until you understand how the music affects you.

subscription pricing and terms:

the app starts with a 14-day subscription-free trial of sona premium upon registering. when the free trial ends, there’s an option to continue on the free version, or purchase an auto-renewing monthly subscription (options: monthly at $4.99 or annual at $29.99).

payments are charged to the credit card connected to your itunes account. the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current payment period. your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided. you may manage your subscription and auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase. any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
