Helping Hands Cares Community Wellness brings everyday wellness, encouragement, family connection, and care-support tools together in one easy-to-use app.

Designed for seniors, family caregivers, Helping Hands Cares clients, and community members, the app supports whole-person wellbeing through practical daily tools and faith-based encouragement.

WELLNESS CHECK-INS
Record your mood, complete an “I’m Okay” check-in, track hydration and activity, use guided relaxation, and keep a private gratitude journal.

MEDICATION SUPPORT
Organize medication reminders and share non-emergency medication information through the appropriate Helping Hands Cares workflow. These tools support organization and communication and do not replace a physician, pharmacist, or medication-administration plan.

FAMILY CONNECTION
Share non-emergency care updates, review authorized visit information, send messages, manage appointments, and keep important care details connected in one place.

FAITH AND ENCOURAGEMENT
Read scripture, reflect, submit prayer requests, find encouragement, and connect with faith-based resources and virtual Bible study opportunities.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Find information and support related to Medicare, Medicaid, food, housing, transportation, utility assistance, veterans services, caregiver education, and healthy aging.

PRIVATE CLIENT AND FAMILY PORTAL
Approved users can access care visits, appointments, messages, service requests, invoices, electronic forms, shared documents, and Emergency Information Vault items according to their authorized role.

ACCESSIBLE ON MULTIPLE DEVICES
Use the app from a supported Android phone, tablet, Chromebook, or web browser. The responsive design provides readable navigation and clearly organized care tools across screen sizes.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Helping Hands Cares Community Wellness is intended for routine wellness and non-emergency support. It is not an emergency response service and is not monitored as a replacement for 911.
