Know what you eat without counting a single calorie by hand.

Leaf AI is built around one simple idea: just take a picture of your plate. The AI recognizes the food, estimates its calories and macros, and you confirm the result and add it to your log. No endless food database searches, no weighing every ingredient.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Take a photo or pick one from your gallery. You can add a short note like "two slices of whole wheat bread" if you want.
2. The AI analyzes it. Calories, protein, carbs, fat and the foods it recognized appear in seconds.
3. Adjust anything that looks off, then save. The numbers are always yours to correct.

Don't feel like taking a photo? Describe your meal in a few words and analyze it as text instead.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE

• Daily calorie ring showing what you've eaten, your target, and what's left.
• Separate progress cards for protein, carbs and fat.
• A meal log with timestamps. Swipe to delete, tap to edit.
• A 14-day history strip so you can look back and see how the week went.

A TARGET CALCULATED FOR YOU

During setup, Leaf AI asks for your goal (lose, maintain or gain weight), target weight, weekly pace, date of birth, sex, height, current weight and activity level. It then calculates your daily calorie and macro targets using the widely accepted Mifflin-St Jeor equation. If your goal changes, update it any time from settings.

NO ACCOUNT, NO SUBSCRIPTION WALL

• Start using it right away. No sign-up, no email, no password.
• Your data lives on your device first, so the app opens and shows your meals even without a connection.
• Your entries are safely backed up to the cloud.
• Available in English and Turkish, following your system language.

BEING HONEST WITH YOU

Your meal photos are never stored in the app or on our servers. They are sent for analysis and discarded once the result comes back. AI estimates are designed to be close to reality, but they are not lab-grade measurements. Treat them as a reliable reference point rather than an exact figure.

Leaf AI is not a medical, nutrition or healthcare tool and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or plan a significant change to your diet, please talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian.

Start eating more mindfully today. One photo is all it takes.
