Strong Human Daily is the nutrition side of your training with Bret Kliethermes at Strong Human Fitness. You already show up and do the work in the gym. This app closes the loop on everything that happens between sessions — every meal, every weigh-in, every workout you log on your own.

Take a photo of your plate and the app reads it in seconds: calories, protein, carbs, and fat, estimated by AI and grounded in USDA nutrition data. No barcode hunting. No searching a database for "chicken breast, grilled, 6 oz." Snap it, confirm it, done.

Then the part no other app has: Bret sees it. Every meal you log lands in his review queue. He approves what's on track, flags what isn't, and sends you a voice note every week with real feedback on your plan — the same way he'd talk to you at the gym.

HOW YOUR WEEK WORKS

1. Bret builds your plan. Your calorie and macro targets, meal schedule, and workout recommendation are set by your coach when you join — not by a generic questionnaire.

2. You log your day. Photo your meals, check off your workouts, log your weekly weigh-in, and track your water. The home screen shows your calorie ring, macros, and streak at a glance.

3. Bret reviews. He sees your meals, your training, and your weight trend, and adjusts your plan the same way he adjusts your programming.

4. You get feedback that's actually about you. Weekly voice notes from Bret, meal-by-meal review status, and reminders timed to your schedule.
