Zila – Get there. Together.

Zila brings rides, deliveries, goods transport and towing together in one app. Whether you need to reach your destination, share a journey, move goods or arrange towing assistance, Zila helps connect you with drivers in supported locations.

CHOOSE THE SERVICE YOU NEED

• Zila Go — Private rides
Request a private ride from your pickup address to your destination. View your quoted fare, see your assigned driver and follow your trip’s progress.

• SmartShare — Shared journeys
Share a ride with another passenger travelling along a compatible route. SmartShare provides an alternative to private travel where available.

• Zila Load — Goods transport
Arrange transport for goods. Provide your requirements and agree on a fare with a driver through the app.

• Zila Tow — Towing assistance
Request towing assistance and share your vehicle’s location and relevant details with the responding driver.

• SendMe — Deliveries and errands
Arrange supported deliveries and errands, including return journeys where available.

FOLLOW YOUR DRIVER AND YOUR TRIP

See your assigned driver’s location and estimated arrival time as they approach your pickup address. Once your journey begins, follow the route and progress towards your destination.

Drivers receive navigation guidance, while passengers can follow the journey visually without spoken navigation instructions. Arrival estimates may change with traffic, route changes, GPS accuracy and network conditions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choose Card or Cash where available for your country and trip. Review fare information and any additional balance arising from supported trip changes.

Country-specific mobile wallet options may appear in the app but are currently disabled. Wallet payments will become available as individual providers are connected.

WHEN YOUR PLANS CHANGE

Eligible Private Go trips support additional stops, trip extensions and Drive back to your original pickup address. The app displays applicable fare adjustments and outstanding balances.

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on your trip’s progress, payment method and the applicable terms. View eligible refunds and their claim deadlines in the Refunds section of your account.

STAY CONNECTED

• Contact your driver or passenger through supported in-app calling. • Share a live-trip link with someone you choose. • Contact support and report trip-related issues. • Review your recent trips and payment information. • Rate eligible completed journeys.

FOR DRIVERS

Receive and accept eligible trip requests, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, review trip earnings and manage commission balances.

Drivers on eligible SmartShare journeys may receive an additional compatible passenger request.

LOCATION ACCESS

Zila uses location information for pickup selection, navigation and live trip tracking. During active driver navigation, background location helps keep tracking and guidance working when the app is not visible or the screen is locked. Location permissions can be managed in your device settings.
