IZEM is an AI fitness coach for personalized workout plans, practical nutrition and progress tracking. Bring your training, meals and coach conversations into one focused app for adults 18 and older.

WORKOUT PLANS THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE
Plan home workouts or gym sessions around your goals, experience, available equipment, schedule and preferred session length. Follow your seven-day training plan, log completed sets, record repetitions and load, and rate difficulty. Request an exercise alternative when a movement does not fit.

MEAL PLANNING AND NUTRITION
Review your personalized meal plan, ingredients and preparation guidance. Log planned meals, review estimated calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat, and build a grocery list. Request meal changes to suit your routine. Nutrition values are estimates; always check ingredients yourself if you have an allergy or medical dietary requirement.

COACH CHAT AND OPTIONAL CALLS
Ask your AI coach questions in chat or start a real-time voice conversation. Discuss your training, meals and the plan changes you want to make. Your coach can also call you for workout reminders or post-workout reviews when you enable those options and your account is eligible. Incoming calls depend on internet access, device settings, permissions and service availability. Microphone access is needed for voice conversations. IZEM is not an emergency service.

OPTIONAL PHOTO TOOLS
Choose a photo to estimate a meal's nutrition or identify gym equipment. An optional front-and-side body scan can provide a visual fitness baseline. Results are approximate AI estimates, not clinical measurements or diagnoses. Raw body-scan photos are not retained on IZEM's servers; resulting analyses may remain in your account.

PROGRESS YOU CAN REVIEW
Use the workout tracker to review your recorded sessions, consistency and plan history. Optionally log body weight to follow trends. Discuss your saved progress with your coach. IZEM does not promise a particular fitness or weight outcome.

PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT CONTROLS
IZEM explains third-party AI processing and asks for your permission before using relevant personal information in AI features. Manage that permission, optional call settings and separate call-memory or quality-review choices in the app. Report unsafe, offensive or misleading AI content from the app. Restore purchases, manage your subscription or request permanent account deletion. Deleting your IZEM account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.

MEMBERSHIP
An active membership is required after onboarding. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. No introductory subscription trial is currently offered. Google Play displays the current price, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase. Eligible users may instead try one complimentary three-minute coach call during onboarding. This is not a free tier.

IZEM provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong.
